Enrolment Process
1. Initial Enquiry
Families submit an initial enquiry by completing the registration form with information about the learner, their academic background, learning barriers, if any, and reasons for seeking support from MonteNova Academy.
2. Screening Meeting
MonteNova Academy staff meet with the learner and parent or guardian to discuss the learner’s needs, our programme offerings, expectations, and to assess fit. Following this, parents will be required to complete the enrolment form.
3. Assessment and Evaluation
We may conduct informal assessments or review existing educational documentation to better understand the learner’s strengths, challenges, and learning style.
4. Enrolment Decision
Based on the screening meeting and assessment, MonteNova Academy will communicate an enrolment decision. We may invite the learner to join, request additional information, or respectfully decline if we believe we cannot adequately meet their needs.
5. Onboarding
After enrolment, the learner and family participate in an onboarding process where learning plans, support strategies, and expectations are discussed and formalised.
